We are moving into a fantastically schizophrenic consciousness on this planet.

As global political, religious and military actors carry on with old, worn ideologies through geopolitical wars, power struggles and one-upmanship, they seem oblivious to (or are ignoring to protect private vested interests) the fact that unidentified aerial phenomena (UFOs) with technology light years ahead of our own, are zipping around over our heads. They are also increasingly waking up the world population.

Whether we are dealing with visitors from another planet or constellation, timeline, and/or parallel reality or with some unknown earth-based advanced “breakaway civilization”,  a pattern is unfolding.  Particularly since 1980, events have occurred that, taken separately, don’t make any real sense.  However, over the past 36 years of recording and reflecting on these events, threads lead to patterns that point to an upcoming paradigm shift of epic proportions.

• December 1980: Rendlesham Forest/Bentwaters “incident” – England

This event marks the first of two now publicly known incidents involving a “download” of binary code (see below for 2nd “download” in 2015) into the mind of then Sgt. James Penniston,  who allegedly received the information telepathically while touching glyphs on the unidentified landed craft. Here is a translation as posited by Dr. Horace Drew, et. al.

This event also uncovered the fact that (unauthorized) nuclear weapons were stored there [emphasis mine]:

In case Lord Gilbert missed the point about Rendlesham’s defence implications, Lord Hill-Norton raised once again a number of ‘Parliamentary Questions’ which are covered in the House’s ‘Written Answers’ of 28 October 1997. Besides raising the issue of allegations ‘that nuclear weapons were stored at RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge in violation of UK/US treaty obligations,’ a highly sticky point considering the strong anti-nuclear climate in Western European countries, ‘Lord Hill-Norton asked Her Majesty’s Government’:
‘Whether they are aware of reports from the United States Air Force personnel that nuclear weapons stored in the Weapons Storage Area at RAF Woodbridge were struck by light beams fired from an unidentified craft seen over the base in the period 25-30 December 1980, and if so, what action was subsequently taken.’

Nick Pope, former head of the British Ministry of Defense (MoD) UFO division, undertook a “cold case” investigation in the 1990s [emphasis mine]:

Specifically, the MoD case file reveals that shortly after the incident, General Gabriel visited the twin bases of Bentwaters and Woodbridge, was briefed on the incident, and took various items relating to the investigation back to his headquarters in Ramstein, Germany. At the time,  General Gabriel held the post of Commander in Chief, United States Air Forces in Europe. The MoD document concerned – though carefully worded – leaves little doubt that the UK authorities were less than pleased with evidence being removed in this way, with the MoD not being informed at the time and not – so far as I am aware – being briefed subsequently on the conclusions of whatever USAF and/or DoD investigation followed General Gabriel’s visit.

•  1989-90:  Belgium UFO wave lasts almost 18 months

• March 13 1997: The Phoenix Lights

Two days after the ashes of Star Trek creator, Gene Roddenberry were launched into space,  a massive triangular UAP/UFO glided ever so elegantly over Phoenix, AZ for well over an hour, seen by thousands. This is currently referred to as The Phoenix Lights. Comet Haile-Bopp was then traversing space, guaranteeing a very large audience for the event.  (Two weeks later, a cult calling itself Heaven’s Gate would commit collective suicide, believing they would be greeted on board a spaceship).

F-16s Blast Out of Luke AFB:

A truck driver had been observing two amber colored UFOs moving ahead of him southward for two whole hours. The two UFOs hovered nearby. While his truck was being loaded, the driver walked upon a pile of materials to get a better look at the two UFOs. He could make out two identical “toy, top-like amber orbs” with a white glow to them. A band of red lights pulsated on the craft as it hovered near the Luke AFB runway. Suddenly, two F-16s “blasted out of Luke with their afterburners on full.”

Witness Disappears:

An Air Force airman telephoned the National UFO Reporting Center at 3:20 a.m. on Friday [Click HERE to hear the call–at the 24:11 min mark], some eight hours after the sightings on the previous night, and reported that two USAF F-15c fighters had been scrambled from Luke AFB, and had intercepted one of the objects. Two days after his first telephone call, the airman called to report that he had just been informed by his commander that he was being transferred to an assignment in Greenland. He has never been heard from again.

And with a craft that slow, low and huge, why no destructive footprint? Not one hair or blade of grass was in the slightest bit disturbed on the ground.

Interestingly, there is a possibility that a Department of Defense (DOD) satellite was allegedly “melted by a UFO” on that very night, as related by Emmy Award recipient Linda Moulton Howe during the Panel Discussion Sunday Secret Space Program Conference, 2015 Bastrop, TX ( at 1 hour mark) .

• July 1999: The COMETA Report is published in France:

This report was the result of several years of UFO study by an independent group of former officials from the French armed forces, aerospace industry, astronomical science, a high-level military think-tank, and others. Below is an excerpt from that report:

“Concrete problems are raised that call for a response in terms of action”

When General Letty visited me in March 1995 at my office at IHEDN to explain to me his project for creating a new fact-finding committee on UFOs, I assured him of my interest and referred him to the management of the IHEDN Auditors Association (AA), which gave him its support. Knowing that some twenty years earlier the AA had produced and published a preliminary report on the subject in its bulletin, it was but time to update it.

Denis Letty seemed to me to be the perfect one to spearhead this task; one month earlier, in February, he had organized, within the framework of the Ecole de PAir [Air Force Academy] Alumni Association, a conference on unidentified aerospace phenomena. Before a large public, some of our comrades, former pilots, spontaneously related their encounters with UFOs.

The person in charge of studying these phenomena at the CNES then presented his papers, and a well-known astronomer described a scientifically acceptable version of the extraterrestrial hypothesis.

The fields of knowledge affected by the UFO phenomenon are very diverse, and General Letty was able to find within the AA, but on the outside as well, numerous experts whose efforts he coordinated. This list of high-level civilian and military degrees of the members of his committee is very impressive: officers, engineers, and specialists in the physical scientists, life sciences, and social sciences were able to deal with all aspects of the study.

This is not a purely academic study. Concrete problems are raised, and not just for civilian and military pilots, that call for a response in terms of action. The makeup of COMETA [Committee for In-Depth Studies], which is the name of the committee, took these into account. Almost all of its members have, or had during the course of their careers, important responsibilities in defense, industry, teaching, research or various central administrations.

I express the wish that the recommendations of COMETA, which are inspired by good sense, will be examined and implemented by the authorities of our country. The first report of the AA favored the creation within CNES of the only civilian government agency known in the world dedicated to the study of UFOs. May this new report, which is much more in-depth, give new impetus to our national efforts and to indispensable international cooperation.

IHEDN will then have well served the nation and, perhaps, humanity.

• August 21 2001:  The Arecibo Reply
  

In 1974, Dr. Frank Drake along with Carl Sagan put together an encoded message to be blasted into space. From Wikipedia:

The Arecibo message is a 1974 interstellar radio message carrying basic information about humanity and Earth sent to globular star cluster M13 in the hope that extraterrestrial intelligence might receive and decipher it. The message was broadcast into space a single time via frequency modulated radio waves at a ceremony to mark the remodeling of the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico on 16 November 1974.^[1]

27 years later, an “extraterrestrial intelligence” reply indeed may have been laid in crops directly facing the Chilbolton Observatory in Hampshire, England.

Eleven months after 9/11 occurred in America and the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq were in the works, yet another apparent binary code appeared in crops in England, presenting on a disc being held out by an alien figure.

The disc-shaped part of the Crabwood formation in England contains ASCII data which was translated to read:

“Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES. Much PAIN but still time.
BELIEVE. There is GOOD out there. We oPpose DECEPTION. Conduit CLOSING\“

The employees became upset that the airlines would not take their reports seriously. They reported that a saucer-shaped UFO had hovered above the airport for several minutes before shooting away at great speed through the clouds. The energy expelled from the burst of energy had made a strange, eerie hole in the cloud bank. The question had to be asked, Could this have been something as simple as a weather balloon, or some trick of the eye?

Another military person allegedly experienced a binary code “download” after he and his family witnessed a UAP/UFO. Linda Moulton Howe has the full report at Earthfiles. (Report requires subscription) .

Excerpt –

“C.J. resets the GPS for Colorado Springs, CO and then drives just north of Atlanta to Kennesaw, GA. At 7:30 AM they check into the Magnuson Hotel. They rest there during daylight hours and then drive on through the following night (now June 30) to Padukah, KY, where they stopped to check into a Motel 6 at 5:34 AM. C.J. then finds himself in the bathroom of their Motel 6 room, awakened from an apparent trance state, during which he was unconsciously compelled to write down symbols consisting of lines and squares from left to right, on the back of the Motel 6 full page receipt. The symbols on the page as written by C.J. are shown in the photo below.”

This coding has been translated as –

“Continuous protection of humanity 49.27n, 11.5e. Expose Hidden Knowledge to ALL ` citizens. Advancement imperative for planetary survival. Beware of Orion 1350.3 and Z Ruticuli 39.170. Avoid [signal] messages sent.”

Note that the triangular glyph he drew for her is almost identical to the one Sgt. Penniston (Rendlesham) drew in his notebook 35 years earlier.

By 2010, we begin to see more and more credible people stepping up to give testimony to the UAP/UFO phenomena, as well as experiences in the world of black-ops projects and hidden, unaccountable finance systems .

Apr 29 – May 3 2013:  Citizens Hearing on Disclosure

The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure was an unprecedented event. Researchers, activists, and military witnesses representing ten countries gave testimony in Washington, DC to six former members of the United States Congress about events and evidence indicating an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. With over thirty hours of testimony from forty witnesses over five days, the event was the most concentrated body of evidence regarding the extraterrestrial subject ever presented to the press and the general public at one time.

Below is an excerpt from historian and author Richard Dolan, speaking at the 2013 Citizen Hearing on Disclosure:

I have often felt that Disclosure on the matter of UFOs and ETs—possible extraterrestrials—is a paradox:  It’s impossible but it’s inevitable. It’s impossible because there is no political motivation for them. It’s inevitable, however, because our leaders are not the only factor in this equation. There are other beings, after all. But mainly, I would say there’s us—the people—who are going through the greatest, social, cultural, and especially technological transformation in the history of humanity.

In fact, I would say that we are the game changers.

Someday—and it won’t be too long in the future—something is going to force someone’s hand. It could be a major sighting; it could be a major leak; something. Something that can no longer be denied.

These are but a few examples of high strangeness that help to weave a pattern with threads including the global sightings themselves, binary-code messaging, and hidden finance systems that may well be supporting that breakaway civilization, as coined by historian and author Richard Dolan.

Is our world truly being visited by non-terrestrials trying to communicate with us?

Is there an earth-based breakaway civilization embedding codes in the minds of people (and in crops) and flying reverse engineered antigravity craft all over the world in some sort of collective psy-ops?

Is it both?

Skepticism is healthy in a vibrant democracy, but the evidence in these cases alone is overwhelming and deserves much greater scientific involvement.Mainstream media has been shamefully silent (and even ridiculing) about this issue. That needs to change.

Personally, I have a strong feeling that we may have some incontrovertible truths come out in 2017, finally.   We owe it to ourselves and the world to educate and prepare ourselves for a galactic future.

As former WH chief John Podesta stated quite rightly,

It’s time to find out what the truth really is that’s out there. We ought to do it, really, because it’s right. We ought to do it because the American people, quite frankly, can handle the truth. And we ought to do it because it’s the law.

Perhaps some discovery caused such a change at some point.  If so, then the alleged binary download that then Sgt. Jim Penniston received at Rendlesham in 1980 referencing “”ORIGIN YEAR 8100” might, in future terms, make our year 1980 actually year 5096 for them. If so, they would have time traveled back ~3104 years to reach our 1980, not 7120 years from their reckoning. Just a thought.)
